Venezuelan Architect, graduated at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI Class of 51) in Troy, New York with an equivalent title from the Central University of Venezuela.

Dedicated since 1952, to the private practice of Architecture and to the consulting field in the Venezuelan Government.

Since his graduation in 1951 he has been employed in Government positions and also has been Chief Executive Officer in private Construction Companies.
